Our Rest & Restore Christmas Event is an intimate festive evening designed to soothe the nervous system, inspire connection, and nourish the spirit during the busiest time of year.

Guests will share in a guided group breathwork session to settle and ground the body; and have the opportunity for *mini reflexology treatments. You’ll hear from our expert on Stress discover how to cope at Christmas and moving into 2026. Plus, enjoy seasonal drinks and nibbles, and mindful time to browse our collection of thoughtful wellbeing gifts.

Our Christmas Social will be a relaxing, supportive and welcoming experience — whether you come alone or with friends, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

Limited to 10–12 guests to preserve a peaceful, cosy atmosphere.
