Built on a philosophy that wellbeing extends beyond the individual, this experience celebrates the unique bond between people and their dogs — and the role it plays in how we live, feel, and thrive.
The London House of Wellbeing exists to support holistic wellbeing — and this event extends that philosophy into the wider family unit, recognising that our dogs are central to our emotional, physical, and lifestyle health.
Throughout the day, guests will move through a refined wellbeing space featuring:
• Renowned dog health and behaviour specialists
• A considered edit of premium dog brands
• Wellbeing experiences — from recovery and nutrition to stress support and lifestyle optimisation
• Interactive bookable sessions designed for both owners and their dogs

Reflexology
A reflexology taster session offers a gentle introduction to this deeply restorative therapy. Light pressure is applied to specific points on the feet to help release tension and encourage the body back into balance.
In just a short time, you can feel calmer, more grounded, and noticeably more relaxed — a simple reset for both body and mind!
Breathwork
A breathwork taster session introduces simple guided breathing techniques designed to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
With conscious breathing, you can quickly release tension, reduce stress, and create more space in the body and mind. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle holistic therapy, originating in Japan, that supports relaxation, balance and overall wellbeing. During a session, a practitioner uses light touch or places their hands just above the body to help encourage the body’s natural energy flow. Many people find Reiki helps to reduce stress, ease tension and promote a greater sense of calm and inner balance.
Book Your Dog Reiki Experience
Enjoy a calming, restorative Reiki session designed for you and your dog together—a unique moment to relax, reconnect and reset within the London House of Wellbeing.
There will also be a limited number of private 1:1 sessions at the end of the day, offering a quieter, more focused experience. These sessions can be especially beneficial for:
- Dogs who are anxious, reactive or easily overstimulated
- Strengthening the bond between you and your dog
- Helping both of you fully switch off and rebalance
Spaces are very limited, so we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid missing out.
Live Portrait Sessions with Graeme Ross
Step into a rare, intimate moment at the Greenwich Dog Show 2026 with acclaimed portrait artist Graeme Ross. Graeme will be creating beautifully hand-drawn live portraits of you and your dog together, capturing personality, connection, and character in real time. Each session lasts 15–30 minutes and offers a calm, focused space to sit together while your portrait is created in front of you — a one-of-a-kind keepsake from the day.
Dog Yoga
Doga — yoga with your dog — is a joyful, calming practice designed for you both to enjoy together. Gentle stretches, breathing, and mindful movement help deepen the bond between owner and dog while easing tension in body and mind.
No experience needed. Just bring your dog, an open mind, and a willingness to have fun.
Health Screening
A quick and simple finger-prick blood test giving fast, reliable insights into your health. A small sample is taken from your finger, with results available in just 10 minutes—helping you better understand key markers and take proactive steps towards your wellbeing.
